This was a short-term campaign to raise awareness of State Government support to small businesses in the Ipswich area, specifically businesses that received a COVID-19 Small Business Adaption Grant.

Given the financial challenges most businesses faced during this period, it was crucial to emphasise any support Ipswich businesses received from the Queensland Government and the MP.

The campaign was a success — each featured business was cherished by the Ipswich community, and many people were happy to hear that they were being taken care of. People valued the detailed updates on each business, making the decision to use longer copy the right one. Engagement saw a significant boost, especially in post shares.
