Supporting Ipswich businesses during COVID-19

CAMPAIGN ACHIEVEMENTS: Significant increase in post engagement and post shares, which increased post reach

This was a short-term campaign to raise awareness of State Government support to small businesses in the Ipswich area, specifically businesses that received a COVID-19 Small Business Adaption Grant.

Given the financial challenges most businesses faced during this period, it was crucial to emphasise any support Ipswich businesses received from the Queensland Government and the MP.

This campaign was one of our highest performing campaigns. We learned that our audience valued hearing about how their favourite local businesses were being cared for during the pandemic.
